 A healthy and delicious salad recipe that you can prepare at home in literally no time and with just a few ingredients. Beans, cherry tomato, garlic, peanuts and raw papaya mixed well with somtam dressing and served fresh.

Ingredients Of Vegetable Som Tam Salad

  • 150 Gram Raw papaya, shredded
  • 30 Gram Carrot, julienne
  • 30 Gram French bean diamond
  • 30 Gram Cherry tomato
  • 5 Gram Garlic
  • 3 Gram Crush mix chilli
  • 45 Ml Somtam dressing
  • 10 Gram Peanuts (crushed), roasted
  • 5 Gram Peanuts, roasted

How to Make Vegetable Som Tam Salad

  • 1.Pound chillies and garlic together in a mortar. Add beans and pound.
  • 2.Add Som tam sauce and mix well. Add crushed roasted peanuts.
  • 3.Now add cherry tomato, raw papaya and carrot to mix well.
  • 4.Put in a platter and garnish with roasted peanuts.
